Welcome to the Rick Myers lab transcription factor (TF) and histone ChIP-seq experiment download portal.
This site hosts TF/histone ChIP-seq data produced in several projects: ENCODE, BrainTF, and TF Continuation

ENCODE (The Encyclopedia of DNA Elements)
Searching here will return results from the ENCODE portal at encodeproject.org

Myers Lab TF Continuation Project
In this ongoing project, we are continuing our ENCODE CETCh-seq production to assay additional TFs; these data are hosted here but will not be uploaded to the ENCODE portal.
Funding:

Publications
- An integrated encyclopedia of DNA elements in the human genome
- Expanded encyclopaedias of DNA elements in the human and mouse genomes

BrainTF
The BrainTF project is an undertaking of the Myers lab to understand TF activity in the human brain. This dataset includes hundreds of ChIP-seq experiments examining over 100 TFs across multiple brain regions from postmortem tissues that were analyzed as homogenate samples or sorted for distinct cell-typesusing FACS.
